Bryan's been behind a kitchen line for decades — warm, vibrant, no pretension, just a genuinely talented chef who loves feeding people. He and David go back to being teenagers on 74th Street in Edmonton, and these days they call each other exactly what they've always been to one another: brothers from other mothers.
Bry's Steak Sauce is the product Bryan's reputation is already built on — and the reason late August's Alberta Launch Party exists in the first place. A backyard BBQ, two families, and the sauce finally getting the public debut it's earned.
Bryan's known to David's audience as Jeffery Scott the Second — half of a running joke between lifelong Edmonton friends that's outlived the teenage years it started in. It's now folded straight into "Late Nights with Jeffery Scott the Third," David's podcast and live show concept, with Bryan a natural fit for guest appearances straight out of Alberta.
The concept's simple: Bryan in his element, Bry's Steak Sauce front and centre, and the Alberta Launch Party as the centrepiece episode — two families, a backyard BBQ, and a sauce finally getting its moment, all captured for content that promotes both the show and the product at once.
